Spire 73 sits on the 73rd floor of the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, on the roof of the Wilshire Grand Center, and is the highest open-air bar in the Western Hemisphere. The terrace runs around the building's crown with fire pits and low seating set against the skyline, the San Gabriel Mountains on one side and the ocean haze on the other. The list is built on mixologist-led cocktails, spirit-free cocktails and wine, with small plates rather than a full dining room.
