Terms of Use
The terms that apply to your use of the Luxio website, Luxio Atlas™ and our related digital services.
Last updated 22 September 2026
1These terms and what they cover
These terms govern your use of the Luxio website, web applications, Luxio Atlas™, My Atlas, our professional workspaces, our mobile applications where available (including iOS and Android), and any other current or future Luxio interface or service (together, the “Services”), operated by Luxio Inc., 8 The Green, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States (“Luxio”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing, browsing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Some parts of the Services present a specific electronic acceptance action — such as “Accept”, “I Agree”, “Continue” or “Accept & Open Map” — before they can be used. Taking that action confirms your acceptance of these terms, at the version then presented to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Not every part of the Services requires this step: you can continue to browse the public website without taking it, and doing so does not affect your ability to use the parts of the Services that do not require it.
2What these terms are not
These are terms for the use of our digital services only. They do not govern the sale, booking or provision of any journey or travel service.
Any journey, travel arrangement, event or related service is governed by separate written terms provided to you at the time — including anything relating to prices, payment, changes, cancellation, refunds, non-arrival, supplier conditions, insurance or liability for the travel services themselves.
Where these terms and those travel terms differ in relation to a travel service, the travel terms prevail.
3Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into these terms, to create an account or make arrangements through the Services. Where you act for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
4Accounts and access
Where the Services provide an account, you agree to give accurate information and keep it current, to keep your credentials confidential, and not to share your access. You are responsible for activity carried out under your access.
Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised. We may suspend or withdraw access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, where access is being misused, or where necessary to protect the Services or other users.
Where the Services provide for it, taking the explicit acceptance action described in section 1 may be a condition of registering an account, of first authenticated access, of accepting an invitation to My Atlas as a traveller, of accepting an invitation to a professional workspace, or of activating another authenticated service — always for the version of these terms then in force. Where these terms are later updated in a way that requires re-acceptance, you may be asked to accept the current version before continuing to use an authenticated part of the Services. This paragraph describes how acceptance applies to authenticated access as each capability becomes available; it does not imply that every capability described here already exists.
5My Atlas and journey information
My Atlas presents information about a journey — itinerary, timings, accommodation, transport, places, references and documents — in one connected view. That information is drawn from arrangements made with us and from providers and other sources. We aim to keep it accurate and current, but details can change at short notice and updates can be delayed or incomplete.
Where journey information in the Services differs from a confirmation issued by us or by a provider, or from information given to you directly by a provider, that confirmation or direct information prevails.
My Atlas is a way to see and manage a journey. It is not itself a booking, a confirmation, a ticket, a boarding pass or a travel document, unless a document issued by a provider is presented to you as such.
You remain responsible for meeting the requirements of your journey, including check-in and departure times, identity and travel documents, visas, permits, health requirements and local rules.
6Information you and others provide
Where you provide information through the Services — about yourself, companions, family members, colleagues or clients — you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it, and that where it relates to another person you have that person’s authority and have informed them how it will be used.
Where you record special requirements such as dietary needs, allergies or accessibility requirements, you are responsible for making sure they are accurate and complete. We pass these to the providers who need them, but we cannot guarantee that a provider will be able to meet a particular requirement, and a requirement raised late may not be capable of being met.
Do not upload content you have no right to share, and do not upload anything unlawful or harmful.
7Invitations and shared access
The Services may allow a journey to be shared with travelling companions or others you invite. When you invite someone, you are choosing to share the journey information available to them, and you confirm you are entitled to do so. When you accept an invitation, the person or organisation that created the journey may see information relating to it.
You are responsible for who you invite, and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
8Professional workspaces
Where an organisation is given a professional workspace, these terms apply to it and to each of its users, alongside any separate agreement between us and that organisation. Where those differ, the separate agreement prevails.
The organisation is responsible for the users it authorises, for their use of the workspace, for the accuracy of what it records, and for its own obligations to its clients. Access may be withdrawn where the organisation’s agreement with us ends.
9Destination and travel information
The Services present editorial and descriptive information about destinations, properties, places, experiences, events and routes, for general information and inspiration.
Travel information changes constantly. Opening times, seasons, access, routes, conditions, availability, prices and local requirements can change without notice, and content may not be complete or current when you read it. Content of this kind is not an offer capable of acceptance, a booking, a confirmation, or advice on which you should rely without checking. Confirm anything material with the relevant provider or with us before acting on it.
10Maps, location and routing
Maps, positions, distances, durations and routes shown in the Services are indicative. They are provided in part by third-party mapping providers and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
Do not rely on the Services as a sole means of navigation, or for any safety-critical decision. Follow road signage, local law and conditions, and use a purpose-built navigation system where you need one.
Where a feature uses your device location, it operates only with the permission you give your browser or device, which you may withdraw at any time.
Certain features, including Luxio Map, require you to take the explicit acceptance action described in section 1 before they will operate. This is a condition of access to that feature, not a request for cookie or tracking consent. Accepting these terms to use Luxio Map does not change your cookie preferences, and your cookie preferences, described in our Privacy Policy, do not affect your ability to accept these terms.
11Features that change
The Services develop continuously. Features may be added, changed, limited or withdrawn, and some may be identified as preview, beta or in development. Preview features may be incomplete, may not retain what you enter, and may change or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will be available or will continue to be offered.
12Intellectual property
The Services and their content — including text, editorial material, photography, imagery, design, layout, graphics, data compilations, structure and software — are owned by Luxio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Luxio Atlas™ in particular includes proprietary software, interfaces, user interface and user experience design, visual design systems, journey structures, workflows and logic, data organisation and data models, maps and presentation systems, documentation, graphics and branding, and other proprietary features and functionality. These are owned by Luxio or its licensors and are protected in the same way as the rest of the Services, and this section applies to them in full.
“Luxio”, “Luxio Collection”, “Luxio Atlas” and associated names, logos and marks are trademarks of Luxio and may not be used without our prior written permission.
You may view the Services and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial use, or where you are a professional user for the internal purpose of managing your clients’ arrangements, provided you do not alter them and keep proprietary notices intact. Other than this limited right to use the Services for their intended purpose, no ownership interest or licence in the Services or their content is granted to you, and all other use requires our prior written permission.
Content you provide remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and transmit it to the extent needed to operate the Services and deliver the arrangements you have asked for, including sharing it with providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party names, marks and content shown in the Services remain the property of their owners. Nothing in this section claims ownership of content or marks belonging to third parties.
13Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services unlawfully or in breach of any applicable law;
- copy, republish, scrape, harvest, mirror, index for redistribution, resell or commercially exploit the Services or their content without our prior written permission;
- capture, publish, redistribute or otherwise disclose to a third party screenshots, screen recordings or other reproductions of any restricted, authenticated, partner-only or proprietary area of the Services, or use material of that kind for commercial exploitation, in training materials, or for competitive purposes — this does not restrict your reasonable personal or internal use of such material consistent with the Services;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Services; replicate the workflows of, or derive, reproduce or copy the underlying logic, data structures or data models of, Luxio Atlas™; or use material from the Services to build a competing or derivative product, except, in each case, to the extent applicable law gives you the right to do so despite this restriction;
- use automated means to access the Services in a way that places an unreasonable load or circumvents a technical restriction;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, any account or workspace, or any connected system, or to access information relating to travellers or organisations you are not authorised to see;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services without our written permission;
- introduce malicious code or interfere with the proper working, integrity or security of the Services;
- misrepresent your identity or authority, or submit false or misleading information;
- use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications; or
- remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice.
14Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feedback about the Services, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you. This does not affect any rights in your own confidential or journey information.
15Third-party services and links
The Services link to and embed content from third parties, including mapping providers, payment providers where enabled, connectivity providers where enabled, and the websites of destinations, properties, experiences and events. Those services are provided by others under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking to them, and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
16Availability, changes and suspension
We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free access. The Services may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control.
We may change, suspend, restrict or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time. We may also update these terms; the version published when you use the Services applies, and where a change is significant we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
17Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and their content are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we make no warranties, conditions or representations, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or secure availability, or freedom from error or malicious code.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, condition, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
18Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, opportunity, anticipated saving, or corruption or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including reliance on destination, map, route or journey information presented in the Services that was inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
This section concerns the Services only. Our responsibilities in connection with the travel services themselves are dealt with in the separate travel terms that apply to those services, and nothing here limits any right you have under those terms or under mandatory travel law.
19Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your habitual-residence jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded by these terms, and where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country, nothing in these terms removes it.
Where you use the Services as a business or professional user, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
20General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours in connection with a corporate transaction, without reducing your rights.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate agreement or travel terms that apply, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Services.
