The route that reads Los Angeles in one arc

Hollywood Tour is the classic Los Angeles sightseeing route. It begins in Hollywood itself, takes in the Hollywood Sign from the vantage points the city is shaped around, and continues through the residential canyons and celebrity neighbourhoods that sit immediately above the boulevards. From there it crosses into Beverly Hills, passing the Beverly Hills Sign and running down Rodeo Drive, before picking up Sunset Boulevard — the road that connects the whole sequence and carries its own history. Taken together the route explains how the film industry shaped the map of the city: where it worked, where it lived, and where it shopped.
