Desert Rose Resort & Cabins

Desert Rose Resort & Cabins is an independent, family-owned property in Bluff, a small red-rock town in southeastern Utah. It began with five cabins in 1997, and the main lodge followed in 1999. Rooms are split between the lodge, a courtyard building whose rooms have private covered patios, and one- and two-bedroom cabins; the larger cabins add a full kitchen and living area, and the cabin porches face the bluffs above town. The lodge is built in a rustic, timbered style, with an indoor pool, a fitness room, gardens and the secluded Secret Garden event space. A hot breakfast buffet is included with each night's stay, and Duke's serves dinner on weekdays in season. Monument Valley is about 40 minutes away by road, with Valley of the Gods, Goosenecks State Park and Bears Ears National Monument all close by.
